A Tech for Safety

Safety is a top priority for ThePeak. There are three riding modes available, depending on your riding skill level. The Beginner mode limits the speed and adjusts the ride’s acceleration, so you can easily adjust to the board without falling at first attempts. Moving on to the Cruise and Advanced modes, you can set the speed and acceleration depending on the traffic or environment conditions, and you can unleash the board’s full potential – both in driving distance and throttle adjustments.

When you turn on the board, you are automatically in Beginner Mode which has a max speed of 20km/h. Advanced Mode has max 38km/h. To switch between modes, hold the joystick forward as you turn on the remote and wait till the lights on and let go of the button and joystick.

Singal-Dual Motor

ThePeak comes with durable parts as standard. Dual electric motors rated at 1200 watts each deliver direct power to the base wheels, able to propel ThePeak forward at up to 40 km per hour. The deck board offers a stable yet compliant ride even on rough surfaces – this is made possible by a bending mechanism that works similar to an expansion joint on the highway. The longboard is made from flexible yet sturdy bamboo to save weight while keeping its durability over time. It’s even tested to work in wet and gravel surfaces, so it’s really up to you where should you go next with this powered board.

If you live in hilly terrain, ThePeak will make it easier for you to roam around the streets. It’s rated to ride roads up to 25% incline – helpful for everyday hilly streets or just ramping up. With a built-in regenerative braking feature, you can go further whenever you press the brake on its handheld controller. This feature allows the battery to recharge as you brake, so it’s even more convenient to stay further away from the socket much longer.

Belt-drive

Belt drives have the advantage of reduction gearing, which means you can run higher KV motors, which usually have less resistance and are therefore more efficient. Have a more complicated structure than hub motors and usually make more noise due to mechanical friction, but have better torque and power output. They will be more performant when hill climbing and riding in poor road/all terrain conditions. You also get complete control over every part of the system and can lower the cost of maintenance by allowing you to replace only the damaged parts.

High elasticity and high-quality Deck

The peak board has a brand new redesigned deck. It’s made from 7 layer of bamboo material and 2 layers of fibreglass. It's great because the flex will reduce the amount of shock that you will naturally experience while riding while maintaining a sturdiness to allow you to carve at high speeds. designed exclusively for electric skateboarding giving riders more flex to reduce shock and permit carving at higher speeds.

Gravity Casting Truck

The use of stronger aluminium alloys, with a smoother surface finish. is a stronger, less brittle finished truck.

as opposed to pressure casting where molten metal is injected into the mould under pressure.

The mould is then inverted, allowing the pull of gravity to fill the mould cavities with molten metal.
